because the stainless steel and concrete having different coefficient of thermal expansion co efficient. due to different co-efficients the thermal stresses arises that leads to the failure of the member.
the steel using in present industry are having good bond with ribs and grooves on the bars and stainless steel having smooth surface so that stainless steel arises bonding problem.
