Working in BPO is a great learning, you get to learn new things very day. moreover in While working in customer service department, you don’t try to sell something to the customers, instead, solve the problems they face. When you are able to make someone happy from unsatisfied, the shift of voice tone from irritation to gratefulness comes out as a rewarding experience, creating happiness from inside.
