First instead of telling the features directly to the interviewer!! Ask questions?
-Sir, How often you use a pen in a day?
-According to his job profile explain him the the role play of that pen in his day.
-Relate that pen role with some emotions to him( If the person is CEO of the company: Sir i do believe most of the times you use your pen to sign some contracts and deeds/customers agreement and that is very important,memorable moment you will like sign that using a good pen.
Concentrate on:
Talking the interviewer into expressing a need – or needs
Describing the object, including both its features and, more importantly, its benefits
Discussing pricing (which you will invent off the top of your head)
Asking them directly for the sale
