why the Steam Turbine(20MW)center line and gear box center line not in same elevation during coupling alignment ?

While rotation high speed shaft of gear box will lift by low speed side shaft due to the load on high speed shaft
Then it will come in to centre line after rotation.

They are always redundant and connected through diode so that if one power supply fails the other can take the charge immediately.so it is possible to replace one of them in running plant if the other one is healthy.
