==> BPM is used to automate the Business processes in the organization in order to increase the efficiency of
the organization. It ties together the people process and information. Normally an application is data oriented, a
BPM is a Process driven application who takes process driven approach. An application can be viewed as vertical,
where as BPM is a horizontal one which works across the applications .

- It improves process efficiency,
- It ensure optimum resource utilizations and improve productivity
- It ensure process standardization executed exactly as defined
- Improve process control,supervisor can track and monitor
- Using BPM we can achieve agility.
