Both the T-codes are used to monitor the status of Work processes.
SM50: It is used to monitor the status of local work Processes(for particular instance).Sm50 gives more granular information about the status.We can kill the process using SM50.
SM66: It is used to monitor the status of Global work Processes(for all instances).We cannot kill the process using SM66.

I have solman 7.1 Stack3. I want to upgrade to stack13. My question is can I directly download stack13 files from marketplace, if yes, will those files includes xml file ? (MOPZ is not configured in my system).
