1. Requirement Document are Approved & Signoff
2. All Test cases are Created , Approved Internally + Externally
3. Test Envt is Ready & Configured for Testing
4. No High Severity defect outstanding from Unit Test
5. Low Severity defects should have an agreed plan of action
