Originally, 18-55 years considering that you have to retire on attainment of 58 years! But this the result of undue pressure by the IT Sector where there are younger VP's!
Now, there's a marked downturn in the hiring scenario due to recession, bench marking, hiving & cost constraints so even a person having turned 40+ may be shown the door
What's most absurd is these years 40+ individuals are some of the most stable
