Shrinkage means no of agents not present but
rostered/Agents rostered*100
Example: Team Strength is 40
Agents Present:36
Apsent Agents :4
Shrinkage=4/40*100
i.e-10%
Attrition:
Agents left/(Opening Headcount+Closing Headcount)/2*100
