Why Parallel operation of two Transformer are Required?
Answer Posted / prasad
I would like add a point to reena:
Generally we choose transformers with same capacity and impedance for redudandancy in Process plants to avoid power interruption to process.. and we do paralleling of trfs to carryout load shiftings without interruption especially critical loads.. (this is not in the case of lighting etc. where interruption really doesn't matter.)
