Applicable for both AC and DC, since the ohms law is applicable to linear circuits .
The resistive, capacitive and inductive circuits alone are linear circuits. As their voltage and current frequencies are constant.
V=LdI/dt
I=1/C intg.(dV/dt)
Frequency remains constant after differentiation and integration, so the circuit is linear and hence ohms law is applicable.
