Considering 100 sqm plaster.
Wet Volume of plaster =100X0.012 =1.2 cum.
Add @ 20 % for filling the depressions, joints, wastage, etc.=0.24 cum.
Total=1.44 cum.
For dry volume of mortar increased by ⅓ of volume =0.48 cum.
Total dry volume of mortar =1.92 cum
Volume of cement:-1.92/7 = 0.2742/0.0347 =7.9 bag
Volume of sand:-0.2742*6 = 1.6452 cum
