functional spec are document prepared for writing a new functioality for createing a new report
functional spec are prepared by respective module consultant
for example if the client wants the vendor name instead of vendor number in the report log of f110
then the consultant will write table name and field name which are to be inserted
the place where the consultant writes the tables&fields is called a functional spec
