There are the difference set of curves for which the MCB is programmed to take the initial inrush of current I.e. Starting current of the load

B curve MCB: 2-3 times of full load current

C curve MCB: 5-7 times of full load current

D curve MCB: 10-12 times of full load current

So depending upon the type of load i.e. Resistive or inductive we can make the selection appropriately

What will be advantage if we put some load in neutral of grounded star transformer & loadshortcircuit current,rated current of cable & MCB with example?
