What will you do, if your subordinate has a problem with
you? How will you deal with this situation
Answer Posted / ps
1. I will have a discussion with him to sort out any misunderstanding.
First time casually and if it doesn't work out then formally.
2. If point 1 doesn't work, and it effects the project, i can promise him the reward for his cooperation.
3. It is very unlikely that point no. 2 will work, if so, i will escalate it to the upper management or resource manager.
4. If point 3 doesn't bring any change, and this is effecting my project in a great deal and I don't have a chance for replacement.
I will have to work on him secretly. Everyone has a week point or a past, I would better use his past or any hidden truth against him till the project ends.
