SAP CRM is a business suite and can be implemented across enterprise. It has various modules to cater different business needs of a Telecom industry. SAP CRM has service, marketing, sales and Interaction Center modules.
So, this app covers the entire spectrum of Telecom industry. SAP is also known to handle large volume of data as telecom industry has consumer base of more than 20 million.To deal with such large consumer base, SAP CRM is a good fit. Instead of managing discreet & silo applications, SAP CRM can be used to have common application across.
Example, IC can be used as customer touch point and telecom company can track consumer Inquiry, Complaints etc. It can also be used for up/cross selling of their offers.
Campaign Management can be used for managing & communicating their offers through SMS/ E-Mail etc and Segmentation can use used categorize specific target group for such offers.
