A call center back office is the the portion of a call center that is devoted to various types of administrative,support,and clerical activities that are essential to the function of the business.Like the maintenance of company records,management of account payables and receivables associated with the operation. Back office support refers to the portion of the business that is responsible for running the business rather than actualy working with the customers or making a profit.
