Rated moter voltage and frequency is 380volt 60 hz but moter is running at 380votac 50hz is this harmful for moter winding

V=4.44fNBA Therefore V is proportional to frequency if you want not to exceed the design parameter of flux density.If you operate a motor at 50Hz instead of its rated 60 Hz,then you will be exceeding the flux density by 120% for 380 v
operation.I suggest you to operate the motor at 380/1.2 volts instead at the expense of full power.
