Assume you are handling multiple projects and the scheduled
were clashing how would you mange about this
Answer Posted / mohd. yusuf khan
If I am handling the teams related to the different projects, I will distribute the work among the team members according to their abilities and would keep an eye on all that. If I am working directly on multiple projects, I would prioritize the tasks and deadlines. I would like to finish the priority tasks first and manage the other task accordingly.
