Before giving the difference between Call Center & BPO , first I want to Highlight what are the similarities .
Both Call Center & BPO can be International & Domestic Process.
They Both can be Inboud as well as Outbound.
Now then, what exactly is the difference in between them :-
The name BPO i.e Business Process Outsourcing itself says that whenever any Project or Process is outsourced to another organisation then the company to which it is outsourced is know as BPO or Business Process Outsourcing.
Call Center on the other hand are the company or organisation which are the parent company and by themselves takes care of the Calling & Customer Care part without outsourcing the process or project to other organisation.
