HR will act as a middle man between employer and an employee.A hr need to support employer as well as employee..Its a people dimensions organisation...Its an WIN WIN Strategy profession..dealing with people,its an tough job..Understading different kinds of attitudes and solving their queries nd negotiating..it can only possible through an HR.Getting understanding of different mindsets is very difficult job,need to solve deliberately to get solutions for the employer and the employee.Geeting a new talent in to the oraganistion done only through hr..Need to find out the right candiadte i.e., human capital,who put thier efforts for the maximisation of organisation profits...
