SINCE AC IS ALTERNATE CURRENT IN EVERY HALF CYLE EACH
CONDUCTOR POLARITY IS CHANGED HENCE IT IS FROM PHASE TO
NEUTRAL FOR ONE HALF CYCLE AND FROM NEUTRAL TO PHASE NEXT
HALF CYCLE.
