When i inject amines and acid on HPLC then which peak will
elut first?

Elution of amine and Acid depends upon pH of mobile phase and pKa of molecule. If the mobile phase pH is acidic then Amine will elute first but if the pH is alkaline >7 , then acid may elute first.
