why open circuit test is conducted on hv side and short
circuit test is conducted on lv side of a transformer ?what is

short ckt test is performed at rated current,as the rated current on hv side is much less than lv side so the rated current is easily achieved(compared to lv side).

A double circuit with dog conductor 66KV Transmission line from wind farm evacuation to feeding substation having capacity of 25MW for transmission.
