Residual Payment: An example: If the amount is for Rs 100 to be paid but paid Rs 75 then then at the time of clearing the line items it will be get cleared and on more line item for Rs 25 remains open.
Partial Payment: An example: if the same amount of Rs 100 needs to be paid a but the payment is done for Rs 75 then after making a payment of Rs 25 we can clear the total line items.
