what is the minimum majority required to form a government
in any state in India?
Answer Posted / sameeksha
2/3 majority is what i knew before.But 2/ 3 of 543 is around 362 seats.
And in case of no seats ,272 seats required which is approx 1/2 of 543
so i think around 50 % of total seats is required to form govt
