Recruitment is the first phase to go through the candidate's
profile,experience,attitude,behavior,expectation,goal.it is
recruiter go through the profile from top to bottom level
of management.if recruiter understand all the above
parameters they can easily promote a deserved candidate to
the interviewer.by this recruiter is a right hand of
interviewer which helps to find out the deserved candidate.
