FOR worked in HT Consumer/any Govt apprentice etc......
FROM 2001 on wards,
1. Appointment letter
2.PF statement
3.ESI statement
4.Salary certificate /pay slip
5. HT line[11kv/433v] working experience for 500kva and above-2 to 3 yrs - experience certificate along with Authorized signature
6. HT line[11kv/433v]service for 500kva and above-2 yrs to 3 yrs - service certificate along with Rule 3 person
signature [attach SCCNo. with certificate attested Xerox copy.
7.Diploma/Degree[eee candidate only] original as well as duplicate copy attested copy
8.SSLC/HSC mark sheet original as well as duplicate copy attested copy.
9.Address prof evidence copy with attested
10.National Savings Certificate minimum Rs.100/300[to get @ Indian post office only]
11.Three photo[latest]
12.3 speiceman signature
13.Along with court stamp Rs.25/=
