why are you interested in HR?

Something like....
Since entering the work force post university in 2011, I have always had an interest, and admiration, for HR management due solely to recognition that a successful and knowledgeable HR team is the driving force behind any successful business.
HR is mandatory in every organisation, no matter how large or small it is, therefore, it is crucial HR must play a central role in developing a company’s strategy as well as handling the employee-centred activates of an organisation – which can be difficult when having to find the right balance between the two; that, however, is a challenge I enjoy and my experience thus far has equipped me with the skills to handle both; for example working in case management has equipped me with skills to successfully be able to work with a variety of people from different backgrounds and support them in their roles whereas my current role as a Regional Community Work Coordinator, which operates under a business model, has allowed me to understand the second component of HR – ensuring employee satisfaction leads to increased productivity on the part of the business, as a result of the business having an open dialogue between employees via the HR officers
