Why HYSD bar is preferable than plain bar?

1) AS we know that steel strong in tension and concrete
strong in compression & column is compression member.
Column transfers the load of slab and beam to the footing.
only a compression member cant take all load so to increase
its tensile strength steels are used.
2) a)HYSD steels are more strong than the plain one
b) its more durable
c) plain bar dont have grip for supporting the concrete
but the HYSD steel has.
