Capacitor panel CT is normally fixed on Y phase of the main
panel.why???

Good day friends
some time some of factory's lode not same in R,Y,B.
Example R=155amp, y=140amp, b=145amp which one we selected
for apfc relay for sense observing p-f . we are selected the
maximum amp flow phase.it can be R or Y or B. for good pf
rating.
so its a CT depends on the flowing amp of the phase
