BRS is the first document that is prepared by the business
analyst. It will tell the intend, benefits and risks, if
any, of the software being built.
SRS tells the validaitons required in the software.
FRS no idea.

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
Give me an example of something you tried at work but did not work out so you had to go at things another way.
