Interaction center is one of the tools used in the SAP CRM
Application. If an organisation has a call center, then
systemwise we can use interaction center to design the
same. There are lot of other functionalities that can be
used in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Service modules
in SAP CRM without the interaction center.
