In 11KV Double pole structure for each phase we are using Disc one Insulator. Why we are not using 2 r above insulators instead of one insulator?

The above said all answers are correct. And the Disc designed to withstand 8KV and Impulse withstand voltage is 15KV. It is designed for phase to ground not for phase to phase.
