In 11KV Double pole structure for each phase we are using Disc one Insulator. Why we are not using 2 r above insulators instead of one insulator?

Answer Posted / kinslevel

The Disc is made in
such a way that each
Disc can withold 11kv.
So, you can only use 2
of the Disc if perhaps
you want to increase
the transmitting
voltage to about 22kv
or more.
