off the job training denotes any activity may it be a
friendly advice or disscusion, etc from the superior to his
subordiante.....in most cases off the job training is
informal in nature....the discussion abt any work related
during tea & lunch breaks. off the job training is basicly
done afer office hours and outside the organization in
common.
