Effects of PGI
1. The system updates the stock quantity.
2. The system automatically updates posting to the G/L accounts.
3.THE SYSTEM ALSO update the requirements in the stock
requirement list.
4.The system updates the status of the previous documents.
5. Inventory account will be credited and cost of goods sold
will be debited.

Can anyone walk me through the process of what happened when you do the post good issue in delivery? Moment type 601, let’s take that as an example, what happened in SAP? Issue: the problem faced by us right now is,when there are more than 2 route codes available, users can select a wrong route code which is a longer route for the destination, the physical shipment can still go through a shorter route, but company will end up in paying more. Requirement: user maintained route list, the user will maintain a master from which route should be picked, users should be able to enable or disable a particular route. Thanks in advance
