THERMOCOUPLE TEMP = (T/C OUTPUT IN mV * 25)+ atmospheric
temp.
suppose thermocouple out put is 30 mv
30*25 = 750+atmospheric temp.(suppose30deg.cent)
= 750 +30
=780 is the t/c temp.

We are using Rosemount 5400 series Radar Level Transmitters in all types of Sump Applications having oily water hdrocarbon petrochemical nature. What we are facing the problem frequently is that always getting reading frezzed at some value. If we do power recycling , sometimes it is working . then making same freezing problem. Why does a pressure gauge installed on reactor, doesn't have any vent line below to release the pressure? Is it any kind of designing mistake or it actually does not require any vent line? And if it does not require any vent line below it then how we are gonna release the pressure built inside the pressure gauge?
