as the transformer capcity small so only megger value can
decided to make it on.IF STAR/STAR CONNECTED THAN ALL STAR
POINT EARTH REMOVED.IF DELTA/STAR THAN THE STAR POINT EARTH
BE REMOVED.

PH(P) TO PH(S) MEGGERED IF SATSFIED
VOLTAGE RATIO TEST(PRIMARY HV TO SECONDARY LV)
GIVING LOW VOLAGE TO HIGH VOLAGE SIDE AND MEASURE THE
VOLTAGE IN LOW VOLTAGE SIDE IN ALL PHASE(LINE VOLTAGE AND
PHASE VOLTAGE) IF ALL THE ABOVE VALUES SATISFIED THAN THE
TRANS.MAY BE ENERGISED.
