How can we calculate the Rating of DG Set for a 4 kw motor?
Answer Posted / seeni labeer
Motor Rating = 4kW
Useually generator ratings are in KVA
KVA=KW / PF
KVA=4 / 0.8 (Useual pratice power factor = 0.8)
KVA=5
The required rating of DG for 5KVA on 4kW Motor
