As such Personnel management is very basic requirement for all categories of Management line one point secondly HR is mainly deals with manpower procurement through various resources and development then personnel management deals with statutory requirments of the staff/workmen after recruitment in the organisation. Earliers only personnel manager only use to look after all the company HR & PM matters having Dimploma in PGDIRPM OR MA Personnel Management. Today lot of study being undertaken and HR emerged as a big subject in Management because managing man is difficult task than material.
