When any university giving option to study MBA HR after B.Sc that indicates degree is minimum requirement for MBA and if you are strong in your MBA SUBJECT that it self speaks in interview. Actually in your daily life also you are involved in lot of HR business without you knowledge and even a illiterate vendor also sells his goods by maintaing the excellent HR skills in the market. HR is not specific to any DEGREE it is every day process which involves HR only thing is how best you understand the other human/ sources in the market and take is services in optimum level without giving any stress and pain to him.
