Considering ratio for m20 concrete as 1:1.5:3.
Cement content of 1m^3= 0.18m^3
Considering w/c ratio as 0.45. Water content is 0.081m^3 which when converted to litres gives 81litres.
Answer= 81litres with above assumed parameters
