firstly a 100kVA 3-phase WYE generator will only produce 100kVA of power, this will also more than likely be rated at 0.8 power factor meaning the true power you will receive will only be 80kW.
if you are using a 500kVA, 415V/11000V step-up transformer you will probably find that the 100kVA generator is not large enough to saturate the transformers magnetisation current. i would have to say you need either a larger generator or a smaller transformer to suit your site needs.
In answer to your questions: No it can not.
