mini Asv =(0.85*b*d)/fy
maxi not greater than0.004bD
columns:(is 456-2000)
mini 0.8% of gross c/s area of the column
maxi not more than 6% of gross c/s area of the column but pratical purpose used 4% of gross c/s area of the column
slabs:(is:456-2000)
mini 0.15% of c/s area of the slab this value can be reduced to 0.12% when used HYSD bars
