NOTE : YOU NEED MOTOR EFFICIENCY
BECAUSE IF THERE IS A RATING GIVEN
IN TERMS OF KW. IT IS ALWAYS THE
OUTPUT POWER OF THE MOTOR..
SO WEE NEED TO CONVERT IT TO
INPUT POWER IN ORDER TO COMPUTE THE
CURRENT.
