conveyance, 30% on education, 20% on other expenditure and
Rs 5150.50 as savings. How much is Rahul's total salary?

Answer Posted / deep dey

dont know i am right or wrong but i have done in this way

x is the total salary

after giving the house rent which is 20% , total money in his hand 4x/5
after giving to children 12x/25
then after on conveyance 108x/250
after on education 756x/2500
at last 6048x/25000

6048x/25000=5150.50
=> x = 21290 [aprx]
