Eg: Total Staff is 15
Scheduled is 12
Week OFF is 2
Planned Leave is 1
Unplanned Leave is 1
Then Shrinkage = (2+1+1)
------- *100 = 26.6%

Attrition % = Total No, of people attrited
------------------------------ *100
(Open Head Count + Closed Head Count)
