electrical mostly uses ac voltage.mostly uses above 230v,active elements like inductors are involved.electrical includes just like connection of conducting wires and other devices.this uses high power,low frequency
elctronics mostly uses dc voltage,uses less volts,passive elements like transistors are used,electronics is a concept of controling electric energy,this uses low power high frequency
