BPO stands for business process outsourcing.
it actually means outsourcing for a particular business.
BPO acts as a mediator between the customer and the organisation. Since the customer cant directly contact the developer for his queries, he contacts bpo or customer service center to clarify his issue.
In BPO we have two Processes 1)Voice 2) Non-Voice
In Voice we Have 2 other process 1) Inbound 2) Outbound
1)Inbound-we will get the calls from the customers regarding their issues or any info needed
2)outbound-we need to make a call to d customers regarding our products.it is like tele-marketing ,sales job
